Last week of tour!

The Echoes of Grace had an amazing summer on tour this year for Grace Baptist College. We have had many opportunities to reach out into communities in many different states and tell souls about Christ so that they may be saved. God has blessed each one of us with the privilege to go out this summer and represent our college. We do not take for granted what we have been able to do while on tour. We have been given the chance to serve God full speed this summer, and we have enjoyed every moment of it. God is so good!

Due to the lack of internet access at the places we've been to thus far, we have here posted pictures from the rest of the summer. Thank you, Grace Baptists College for sending us out this summer to represent you!

Once again we were able to go back to West Union, West Virginia where Mt. Salem is located. We were at the camp from Monday to Tuesday evening. The spirit at this camp is just awesome! The camp has a family atmosphere, and treats everyone with respect. Once again were treated with so much kindness. We had many information cards about the college filled out, and were hoping to see some teens fired up about serving the Lord. We're still praying that we are a blessing and an influence to those we encounter and meet each and every day.

Wednesday morning we left early for the trip to Fort Plains, New York where Pastor Marty Braemer pastors Fords Bush Bible Church. The service went well, and after the service we had the chance to meet many teenagers and present the college to quite a few of them. We also got to meet Amber (the one standing in the middle of the picture), and Clorissa. We had a great time at the May's house, and stayed up late talking and laughing. It was so relaxing. We were again treated with kindness and hospitality, and are very thankful.

At the end of a busy week, we were at First Freedom Baptist Church in Kent, Ohio with Pastor Dan Alexoff. We were at this church on a Saturday night, and a Sunday morning. Saturday morning we had the chance to go out doorknocking and invite folks to come to First Baptist church. We had many good responses, and chances to invite people to the Saturday evening service to hear us sing.

We had a great time of fellowship with the family we stayed with. They treated us like royalty, and generously gave anything away that would make us more comfortable. We were thankful to the Thyr family, and their kindness towards us.

Sunday p.m. the 14th, we sang at Pastor Matt Schwender's church in Latrobe, PA. We were taken out to eat with the Pastor and his family, along with some other church members and had a great time.

Tuesday the 9th, we were at Faith Baptist Church in Broadway, Virginia with Pastor Kevin Gerber. This was our first time presenting Grace Baptist College to this church, and we were accepted well. This also was a church that had a great Christian atmosphere. The people were a joy to be around, and we were thankful to have been able to meet them all.

The following evening we were in Martinsburg, Pennsylvania with Pastor Mark Biter. The service went well, and the time we were able to spend with the members of this church was wonderful. We were all put up in lovely homes, and were treated with great hospitality. We were thankful for all the Pastor and his church members did for us.

On Thursday p.m. we were in a meeting at Pastor Larry Leonard's church in Washington, PA. We were all encouraged to see such a great group of young people at this church, and had a great time spending time with their teens.

On one of our days off, Bro. and Mrs. Ramos took us to Niagara Falls once more. We took a long, scenic route and went down into the Cave of the Winds. With this adventure we were able to go down right underneath the Bridal Falls. In spite of the force from the water, and the wind produced from the falls, we enjoyed every minute of it.

Sunday evening we were in Pastor Britt's church in Ransomville, NY. We had a great service at Cornerstone Bible Baptist Church, and wonderful fellowship with the members of the church.
Saturday night the Dier family took us, along with some singles in the church, to Niagara Falls. Most of us had never seen the Falls in the evening, so the scenery was absolutely amazing. We had a great time of fellowship with the singles from the church, and enjoyed every moment of our time at the Falls.

Sunday a.m. we were in Lighthouse Baptist Church in North Tonawanda, NY with Pastor David Constantino. We enjoyed our time here at this church. We met a future Grace Baptist college student, and were spoiled with all the great food provided, and superb lodging.

Thursday and Friday the 4th & 5th, we were in Irving, NY with Pastor Burke. It was a revival meeting they held in their new auditorium. We had the privilege to hear Pastor David Nix the first night, and our Pastor Jon Jenkins the second night. What an incredible meeting! God stirred hearts and challenged others to do more for Christ.

Saturday morning we also had the chance to go soulwinning and present the plan of salvation numerous times. We could see the Holy Spirit's conviction on souls, but none were saved. Please pray for us as we continue to go doorknocking. We're praying to see souls saved, and to have revival.

June 3, we were at Pastor Tracey Fowler's church in Winchester, Ohio. The spirit of the church was phenomenal! We could all clearly see the touch of God in the ministry of this church. We had a great time of fellowship, and were spoiled by the Pastor and his wife with all the things they did for us. We were blessed and encouraged at this meeting.

Monday the 1st of June, we had the chance to go to a Pirates game. The tickets were paid for by Mr. and Mrs. Vucish. They bought the tickets telling us that the Christian life is not boring. We had such a great time, and are very thankful for their generosity to us. We love you Mr. & Mrs. Vucish!!!!

June 2, we were at Heritage Baptist Church in Jeanette, Pennsylvania with Pastor Robert Ross. We were excited to see some friends from college at this church, and had a great time while we were there. Thank you Pastor Ross and church family for the Wal-Mart giftcards- they are a huge blessing.
June 1st, Sunday morning we had the chance to sing at Open Door Baptist Church in Venango, Pennsylvania with Pastor Jason Aabye. We arrived at the church on Saturday afternoon. We left there to go to some of the church member's houses to spend the night. It was nice to be able to relax a bit. Some of us enjoyed our time taking long walks, enjoying the beautiful countryside, and getting to know the people better. Sunday morning we had a good service and great fellowship with the Pastor and his family, along with some other church members. After lunch, we travelled to Hunker, Pennsylvania.

Sunday night, we were with Pastor Tim Luchon at Hilltop Baptist Church. That afternoon Bro. Ramos called the Pastor to get more details about our place of stay, and had heard about the revival they had that morning. Nine people were saved that morning, most of them being faithful church members. They had a total of eleven people saved that week alone. Praise the Lord! We were extremely excited to take part in their evening service.

We sang at Pastor Hilditch's church on Wednesday the 27th of May. Before the service, the pastor gave us all an opportunity to go cold turkey door-knocking. The church family was extremely kind to us all as we were there. We were very thankful to have attended their church and thank them for their generosity to us.

Thursday night we attended the Bible Baptist Church in Mercer, Pennsylvania with Pastor Chuck Schwartz. We had a great meeting, and a good time of fellowship with the pastor's family. We stayed in the pastor's home where we were spoiled with all the generosity and hospitality provided to us by them. We also got the chance to play Home/Run Derby with the Pastor and got to see many hidden talents from some of the tour members. :)

Sunday night we sang at High Street Baptist Church in Columbus, Ohio with Pastor Chuck Mainous. The Pastor was out of town at a wedding, but we still had a wonderful time with the people. We're looking forward to our next meeting in Mentor, Ohio with Pastor Phil Hilditch.
Sunday morning we were at Cornerstone Baptist Church in Findlay, Ohio with Pastor Walt Sheppard. Had a great service. We had the opportunity to be with the teenagers in their Sunday School class and had a good time getting to know a few of them. After church we were taken out to eat with the Giles and enjoyed our time.
We're at it again! This year's tour so far has been great with the churches we have visited. Our first church was with Pastor Richard Mick at Lighthouse Baptist Church in Sandusky, Ohio. We had the meeting on a Saturday night, and enjoyed our time at the church. Sunday morning we were at Community Baptist Church with Pastor Mark O'Donell in Akron, Ohio. Some of the girls from last year's tour were able to see a few of the friends they had made while at this church. After the service we headed towards Calvary Chapel Baptist Church with Pastor Greg Ewing in Minster, Ohio. Following the service we all headed to the Henschen's house and had a great time of fellowship.
